These pieces are internal discoveries and reflections about finding strength and serenity in isolation.

 

Each piece is approximately 8 x 10 inches on ceramic tile.

These are first develop as drawings, then are cut out and combined with paper, paints, gold leaf, charcoal, and graphite on top of ceramic tiles. They hang from natural chord.
